Vehicle activated signs are electronic signs activated by the detection of a vehicle and display a message to road users to make them aware of hazards, speed limits and their speed.

This pack contains 19 signs categorized into three groups:

Speed activated – activated if the vehicle’s speed is above the pre-defined speed limit

Speed indicator – indicates the vehicle’s speed, some have smiley faces if below the speed limit and sad faces if above, some display text and some display the speed in a different colour

Vehicle activated – activated by any vehicle regardless of speed to warn of hazards
