The ladder does not work at all, it’s asking for me to place something called “V-Tech” in replicatedstorage, however in the model that’s given, theres nothing referring to V-tech other than a script.
There are also no instructions on how to insert it, everything is scattered.

Adding on, I’ve waited hours for a response from their support team yet they fail to provide.
I would NOT purchase this product, do not buy it.
It’s also missing something called “PlaceStructure” and it’s ridiculous. They’re selling something without the full product.
This is a waste of money and it’s an utter scam. This is disgusting.
