The one rhib I received was like the picture provided. I did not get the second one off the download file they gave me. When I went to their discord server and created a ticket to address it, let me just say that the customer service is far from decent.
I’ll admit the seller/owner got back to me within 24 hrs confirming I only received one. I said yes and offered to provide screenshots of my purchase and that I only received one rhib to spectrus (multiple times). From this message sending it has been 4 days and STILL NO RESPONSE. My question was not a complicated one. Would I receive the second rhib in that ticket or did they just upload the wrong file? Im not expecting a immediate response but having to wait more than 2 days (for the response to my question solely not necessarily the product) is ridiculous. If you want 2, expect 1 and slow response times to your support ticket.
