3) Set a group ID, minimum join rank when Stafflock is on, and minimum rank to turn Stafflock on and off
4) Choose whether Stafflock is enabled at server start-up or not
5) You can choose a custom on and off command for the Stafflock
5) You can choose a custom kick message that players will see when they are kicked for Stafflock being enabled
