Wisconsin features two large above-ground MOUT towns to  accommodate whatever activities you may get up to. The map also features  two underground facilities, one  found in the main town and  another in the outskirts  of  the forest. 

This map was previously used as a map for SCPsim and thus contains a lot of adjustable infrastructure to accommodate  that, however, do not let this stop you from using it for whatever you may desire.
