The motorola MTP-850 has been an iconic radio of british emergency services having served in Cheshire Constabulary since 2008 and leaving issue in 2020. New officers are issued the Motorola MXP-600 but the Motorola MTP-850 will never be forgotten with it’s useful features that have been digitalised on newer model radios (such as the Interops button on the side of the radio or the textured PTT button).
