Cheshunt is one of three northern termini of the Lea Valley Lines, and serves both National Rail and London Overground services. Situated between Waltham Cross and Broxbourne on the West Anglia Main Line, it serves the town of Cheshunt in Broxbourne Borough, Hertforshire. The station is served by Greater Anglia, however, this product features branding for a fictional operator known as West Anglia.

The product contains two through platforms and one London Overground terminus platform, as well as an overhead footbridge to connect the platforms. Amongst this, the station also contains a basic car park and ticket office.
