Terms of Service
#1. Rights:
TechX reserves the right to revoke your license to our products for reasons listed and not listed here if deemed necessary. You may also be permanently banned from the server and may also serve legal repercussions.
#2. Redistribution:
Redistributing our products without the necessary license in any form, including but not limited to reselling and leaking is forbidden.
#3. Usage:
To use our products in your game, you must have the necessary license. A primary developer in the project must have a license. If the developer, which owns the license leaves the team, the products must be removed from the game or the license must be bought by another primary developer.
#4. Refunds:
All purchases are final. Under no circumstance will you receive a refund.
