Decals do not work on this Epaulettes system

Decals don’t work at all, they don’t appear even after all setup completed.

Decals work for me, although only 2 numbers appear for me on the epaulettes and owner isnt sure how to fix, when clicking the epaulette and I have friends ingame that are using them and then my epaulette is cloning theirs – some issues that need sorting.
