The M3 Bradley CFV shares a lot of similarities with the M2 Bradley IFV (Infantry Fighting Vehicle), including a coaxial M240C 7.62 mm machine gun and a two-man 25 mm Bushmaster Cannon turret. It simply differs from the M2 in a few minor areas and depending on the role. The firing ports included in the M2 series are not present in the M3, which is categorized as an armored reconnaissance and scout vehicle. Moreover, the M3 has a larger capacity for ammo for its 7.62-mm and 25-mm cannons as well as more TOW missiles.
