It mimics the defence base in the trending anime – Kaiju No. 8. Copying details like small windows, extrusions of walls and dimensions. 

The asset was modelled in Blender, with extensive care on the polycount to ensure non-problematic import into the Roblox Studio and smooth FPS for the players.

As a one person team, this model took rather long amounts of time. The process included a blockout of the building, adding details in a hard surface modelling process and texturing through Blender’s Software. Having references of the building nearby throughout the entire time to be as accurate as possible.

To be honest, the reason I made this model was because I just really loved the anime haha. The first episode got me hooked. So I guess this model was just like a way to show my love of the show. And I hope you can use the model somehow and enjoy it as much as I do!

How to use to the product:

1. Find the downloaded file in your files
2. right click on it and press “extract all”
3. From there you get the two files
4. In roblox Studio click “import Model”
5. Find the downloaded file once again and select the STL file
6. Once imported, just a few minor details like making sure to anchor the model
7. Add textures to the conveniently named parts of the colour needed. E.G “Green” 
8. Enjoy the Model!
