An easy to use Announcement which allows you to broadcast messages in the server, this system does come with configuration which has these features: GroupLock and List of users who can access it.
You can change the colour of the announcement and change the transparency of the announcement. If the colour picked for the announcement is a light colour then the text and images will automatically turn to a darker shade for users convenience.
